Opening An Encrypted RAR File

I downloaded a file that has a password on it. I know the password and opened it.

Whenever I try to extract it, I get an error message. The furthurest I have gotten is to getting a EXE file out of it.

I open it with WinRAR. Open the file and I see 3 files within it:
DSVCD 3.2 (High Solution) Template.rar 19,220 (size)
Thumbs.db 3,584
and the film file 715,538,684

The middle ones a pic.

So i drag the film file (which is an MPG) to the wallpaper. A password message comes up, I put it in.
It starts extracting. It finishes. A Diagnostic message comes up with an error saying "CRC Failed in the encrypted file"

the file is german, least german is said in the file name, so maybe i should try opening it with the german winRar

You may have a corrupt download, try downloading again and maybe try a different source.
