First off is this the right place? If not I do apologize. Anyway when I plug in my RCA Lyra player to my PC it say's USB CONNECTED. when I open my portable device on my musicmatch it comes up and has the screen for my tracks and everything but says 0 used 0 availible, then the screen shuts down and goes to the screen before you plug in your device. It won't let me add tracks or anything??? On my computer it has the RCA LYRA detected I can veiw the tracks that are on it now. Any ideas? ---zen-->
