What Firewalls do you Recommend for Bittorrent?

After installing Mcafee Firewall, my Torrents dropped in speed to what's become "yellow zone of death" in Azereus (under 1 KB/sec). I tried Mcafee's port forwarding feature, didn't change (I should also mention I've port-forwarded to death on my router, following many an FAQ). After uninstalling it, most of my downloads can at least now go at 10-20 KB/sec (better than what I was getting). What firewall programs seem to work well with Bittorrent? Which Bittorrent clients seem to be able to better work with firewalls?

Let me know.

Also, I'm sure it's not the router, because my brother seems to get 40 KB/sec download regularly. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I use the Mcafee firewall and never have any problems however i use BitComet, routers can be very fussy, it sounds to be as if the firwall & the router together are causeing the problem one way to test this is by disableing the firewall while running a download, i dont really know how to go around fixing it because i've never used a router b4 so best of luck with the problem.

I have just moved to ZoneAlarm Pro from Outpost. ZoneAlarm seems to do well, OUtpost needs way to much configuration and even then it doesn't work well with Azureus
