PC restarts own its own (sometimes)

Now and again my pc will cut out and reboot, my 1st thought was that it had something to do with me overclocking the ram but i reset it all too normal and it still does it, this is the error message i get when it starts up

really do not want to format so any suggestion will be appreciated

ps am running a 400w psu.

Thanks for the link, i unchecked the Automatically Restart in the startup and recovery settings so i hope that should work but i still dont understand what the problem could be.

it appears to be a driver problem so if it screws up again according to the link "Now when it happens, you will get a blue screen, with a D1 you should get the name of the driver windows xp thinks is causing the error displayed near the botton of the screen, its a filename ending in .SYS."

disable your lan as when checking the net it was mentioned that it might be lan or sound card problem

the lan is disable, i will try reinstalling the sound driver as well as some of the other drivers and see what happens, thanks for your time dude much appreciated.
