Friend fx5200 reading as 4x?

on the nview menu of his card his Nvidia Geforce FX5200 card is reading as 4x agp but the card is 8x and im sure his pc supports 8x we tryed bio's to try to change the speed but no option there is there a program that will let u change it?

check motherboard specs to see if 4x or 8x agp

its a sony via and im sure it supports 8x

still check the motherboard/sony via specs to make certain is 4x or 8x agp
