depends on what you are using the computer for but can goto Semprom 3300+ cpu but need bios update http://www.asrock.com/support/Download/dl_k8s8x.htm#bios can get more ram

I use the pc mostly for download music and movie .
may be i need extra work memory or speed and i don't know with this motherbored may i put extra memory or not

I check my pc with crucial and I got that and you will see the maximum memory the my pc will take but you told me somthing els.

check the ram section in the bios to see if set to auto detect the speed of ram or something like that as all boards are different

use any 1 of these DDR 400/333/266. you only have 2 slots if you were to look at the picture in the 2nd link. can put 1 or 2 dimms in either seperately or together but try to stay with same speed & manufacturer if put 2 in. no information???????

advise you not advance you & i know english is not your home language. go with 2-512meg ddr400 so can go with faster cpu later but also depends on price of ram in your country/location & how deep your wallet is. your choice not mine!!
