DVD Audio Problem... DTS to Dolby Digital?

Hi all, I have this problem, and i know there are ways to do it, I'm just not away of the proper way. I've seen people with similar problems in other forums but I am not at all advanced enough to use these programs, well atleast I don't know what I'm doing yet. Now for the problem...

I have a chinese DVD that only has DTS Audio on it. I don't have a home theater DVD set so my DVD Player only does Dolby Digital. Can I rip the DVD and convert that audio from the VOBs to Dolby and re stream it togethor so I can hear the audio on my DVD Player? I'm away of some programs (Besweet, DTS Parser, etc...) But I don't know the proper way to do this, does anybody have or know where I can get an easy to use guide for this procedure?
