LimeWire is pretty fast, i'm on a dialup as well and most of the time i can download at 3Kbps, its not very fast but on some occasions it goes at 6Kbps. Hey what do you expect for us dial up users >?<
Bear Share is also supposed to be pretty good, check it out <?>
