Spin-x is a new blank dvd media out in the us.I just wanted to let everyone know that it works great for backing up ps2 games. I haven't read about it anywhere and just wanted to inform everyone. The main reason I'm impressed is because it's a less expensive media. I got a 50pk for under $20.00.

Those Spin-x's are cheap CMC made in India. They could damage your PS2 laser after a while. Those Mr Dvd's are Taiyo Yudens which are a very good quality of DVD.

They look it based on the Media ID and Code. Fakes are usually exposed through this. Say you buy Verbatim, and then it says on the Media ID that they are some cheap CMC magnetic fakes, then thats a teller they are dodgy. Thats based on my own experience anyway, you ever seen anything else Hursty?

a friend of mine had some,paid about 5p each,something stupid like that,
they ran through identifier as being the real thing,but they werent
i think the real ones have a code on the actual disk,i have never used them,so can be sure
check in the dvd media section for more info

i think there like £15 for 50 in my local store so they arent really cheap, id heard of the brand but i dint no if they were any good
they have a 100% success rate for me so i cant complain

ive had a look and everyone seems to say there fakes...but they work for me so ill keep using em
ive used em for over 6 months now so no point in stopping

These are not fakes. Moser Baer manufactures DVD's for Mitsubishi in India. These are MBI's with the MCC AZO Dye. These are good discs from what I understand.
The work great in my Emerson.
Very Good Quality so far.
