not sure what the problem is. winavi has been acting up. sometimes it will work, but most of the time it crashes in the middle of doing the conversion to dvd. i get the message "winavi has encountered a problem and needs to close..." can anyone shed some light on this issue. i have a p4 2.8gb with 1gb of ram. thank you in advance.

First, I would make sure that no other programs are running. It's possible you may have something like an anti-virus, os, or other program set to update automatically which is conflicting with winavi's need to use your system resources. You may also try to reinstall winavi as some software runs into problems after you install another program.
