I need help please. I managed to install the PC620 mobile phone tools onto my PC for my phone the V525. Everything was working perfectly until it froze as i was trying to transfer pics between my mobile and my PC. I tried getting into thr programme again and it won't recognise the modem (my phone). I tried installing it again and even did a sytem restore and nothing.

Anyone have any idea what happened and how I can fix this? Any advice is well appreciated. Thank you.
