is it possible to make no air go behind a fan and it to blow air, i cant test it out bc im using a laptop.

Ex:putting my 80mm case on the bottom of my tower, can it coll my graphis card

If you mean placing it on the inside on the 'floor of case' then you would require to drill out some ventilation holes in order to obtain airflow, depending on whether you want it to exhaust or blow will also depend on whether you will need to filter it or not.

Easier to purchase a PCI exhaust card, plug it in the slot in the case next to your graphics card.

In order for a fan to work, it requires clear space in front and behind.

If you want it to blow, then it requires to pull air in from behind it in order to 'push air' through.
If you want it to 'vacuum', then it requires to pull air in from the front so space at the front is required.
