Video audio is out of sync on burnt dvd-r. Why?

Need more info. What are using? Software, Burner, Decrypting app, please name them all and what if any errors are showing.

Hi try this download the free trial version of Dvdsanta. http://www.dvdsanta.com/

Get a couple of RW discs'. Put your out of sync movie in the DVD ROM

Access the movie with dvdsanta, press the advanced button lower right.

Now you'll have options to move the sound, and the picture about in ms seconds.
About 2000 ms = 1 second, play about untill you get in right with the RWs'

from there it's up to you

The only other thing you may need, is an easy way to clear the used RWs.
