I've been reading that most 32-bit apps will not run properly on a 64-bit OS. If you can get another ripper, AnyDVD is supposed to support 64-bit now so you wouldn't have to worry about decrypting. I would suggest DVD Shrink but that hasn't been updated in over a year and never will be again, so I doubt that will work with 64-bit OS. I think you jumped on this wagon a bit too early.

I used DVD Shrink and the latest version works belive it or not.
I found this compatibility chart, and DVD Decrypter is on it.

That really sucks if it doesnt work. First no more updates, now not available for win x64. I guess its on to AnyDVD.

sounds pretty strange to me. Maybe try to uninstall and reinstall? I really don't know too much about 64-bit XP vs. 32-bit.

For anyone who comes across this looking for an answer it is
DVDFab Express. Works great with XPx64. DVD Decrypter is old news now anyways. This keeps you away from AnyDVD. Just shrink with DVD Shrink.
Good luck.
