Ok here is what happened.
I went to FRY's electronics to buy me some new media and I was looking for Verbatim DVD-Rs but There were nothing left! So I decided to buy some TDK DVD-Rs 8x (made in taiwan) and I decided to make a copy of my original GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS and when I get the part of booting it with my Swap Magic 3.3 DVD disc It boots but all I get is a black screen! Is the media crapy?
I burned it with DVD Decrypter.
Its my first time with TDKs DVD-Rs.
All my other ps2 backups with MAXELL work perfect!

Any help will be happily appreciated!

Exceptions to the "Taiwan" rule: Not too long ago, Mitsubishi and TDK moved their operations to Taiwan. In fact, some of it apparently is being made in CMC Magnetics plants. However, because MCC and TDK are still using the same high quality methods and materials (this has been confirmed by a Verbatim spokesman), this geographic relocation has not affected the quality of their products.

doesn't matter anymore. "real" media code ty (taiyo yuden mostly) and mcc (verbatim mostly)

These arent bad disks actually. Unless the media carries a fake media code. Try rebuilding the ISO, that solves a lot of my black screen errors.
