im a noob at this and use Swap Magic V3.6. I was looking at all of these threads and thought that it was a little much to decrypt then and extract... So i just tried to copy a game like you would a music cd and sure enough it worked. The game was GTA San Andreas. Im not sure if that was just by luck or it it will work for any game. The program i used was the burning software that came with my DVD Writer. Roxio Easy CD and DVD Creator 6, my burner is a TDK indiDVD+/-RW. Keep postin and let me know what luck you have.

yea i said i was new. i just got my swap magic discs yesterday. but it did work and ive been playin it all day. im copying max payne right now. if it dont work then maybe it is just with GTA San Andreas

most games can be straight copied with your burn software and played on ps2.but there will be some games that wont play with swap magic 3.6.most noteably,double layer games and games with sizes over 4.3gb.then you would need other programs to get them to work.gta san andreas is around 4.2gb,i think.alot of people had trouble with san andreas and swap magic because their ps2 wasnt up to par(and they refused to belive it) or they were using an older version of swap magic(3.3 plays it fine though).
