Ok so I installed my slim tool set and then I put in the DVD of Swap Magic 3.6, once the screen came up, I inserted the burned Verbatim DVD-R game and pressed X and it said not a vaild PS2 disc...so is it the burn or did I not install the tools right?
I burned on DVD Decrypter, saved iso file than write max speed was 2X..the game is ESPN NBA 2k5..

Its best to try more than one game,
Most EA games need a fix for swap magic,
(Not sure about that game though).
I would say first try another OLDER ps2 dvd game,
And also make sure your firmware is updated.
only trying One game is like finding a needle in a haystack.
Start dvd decrypter right click your rw drive.
First check for firmware updates.
After that is complete.
Put a quality blank media into your drive.
Goto mode iso write (using dvd decrypter).
IN THE BOX ON THE RIGHT YOU WILL SEE "SUPPORTED WRITE SPEEDS".
These are the speeds that you can Correctly burn (USING THE MEDIA THAT IS INSERTED.)
It will vary from one media maufacturer to another.
(Go with the SLOWEST SUPPORTED SPEED)
Good luck.
Possunt Quia Posse Videntur.

Tool A stops the lid shutting... if u look theres a bit of plastic on the flip lid that should go in the hole where tool A is.
I filed that down and my lid closes fine now.
Hope that helps.

Your right when I close it, the right side doesnt fully close...
How do I put it in? Like just push it in right? Which way does the little tab face left or right?

the little tab should go in the hole...
I had problems with mine, it kept jumping straight back out. Best to cut it in half the superglue it in the hole. The file down the tab on the flip lid so you can close the top down.
