Could anyone please tell me of a program in which I can add a menu to a already created dvd without a menu (but with ifos, bups, and vobs) without exporting the raw vobs to a authoring program like nerovision, superdvdcreator, etc.? This would be very helpful for maintaining the video aspect ratio and would cut down on burn time. I've tried many programs listed on this site and other sites but none seem to be able to do the trick(they all can only edit or delete menus). Thanks in advance!
Sure, heres a list: dvdshrink, CloneDVD, dvdlab, dvdfab, superdvdcreator(v7.5 and v8), nerovision, neroreencode, dvdremake, IFOEdit, and some others I've deleted and forgotten. I highly doubt there is a relatively easy to use program that can do this. I suppose with a very advanced editor I could do it if I really knew what I was doing but thats not going to happen ;). I was just hoping someone would know of some obscure program that can add menus withoud uslessly reimporting and re-encoding the vobs(which is a hassle with bit rates, aspect ratio, etc.). I'm pretty sure no programs on this site can do it but if anyone knows of one that can or how to to it with a program on this site or one I've used before that would be great!
DUMP YOUR DVD TO your hard drive or convert it backwoods to an mpeg2 file. Then re run it through the program suggested but add your menus etc before you re burn it with nero
thanks andmerr, but I could just as easily use nerovision to make a menu without all that ugly converting and what not. I'm not a nembie, you know ;) Thanks anyways though. Please contact me if you DO find a program that does what I am asking.
