run a memory test with this link to see if bad ram. also reseat the ram. http://www.memtest86.com/

btw it only does it somtimes O>o not everytime could it be just a crash i hope so =/ is this fatal im all parinoid now =(

take the ram out of the sockets than put them back in as there might be oxidation on the contacts

ok i reseated both my ram even my ram that came with the pc should i use the memory test?

i used this memory tester http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp and let it do 1 pass and it all seemed fine i prob should of tested it before i reseated the ram but oh well i hope it works

ok im bout to go crazy i reinstalled my game called pso and t worked none of the crashes for awhile but i got it again today and once after iexplorer again ive tested my ram with both tests i let it do 2 passes and it found no errors is this really my ram or is it just crashing? it doesnt do it ALOT! but it still annoys me. btw my pc is 2700 speed but my pc came with 3200 ram in it so i bought this about 3 months ago http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820223009 and i bout my mom the 2700 for her dell would putting the 2700 in my pc with the 3200 make it slower its already running at 2700 but would that cause a conflict? anyway please help with this the game i play is called phantasy star online blue burst ALOT of people get crashes but i think im the only one that gets a option to debug heres a pic http://www.solisearch.net/ims/pic.php?u=13778FPp2p&i=113219 if i click debug it brings that memory error up can anyone give me a straight anwser ive tryed the memory tests =(

2700 and 3200 should work togeather fine, i used to have both types in my pc with no trouble.

It sounds to me more like a windows problem than a hardware problem if your ram has checked out ok with those tests you did.
