HELP PLEASE! My hp pavillion 774e, xP. Massive problem,while to normal tasks on computer it will some time every day, will pop up in like some what of a DOS screen that blue, it reads
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGER_ERROR
Plus some other stuff. but not im portant it seem to happen every time i try and buck up a dvd but im not sure, help please. And dont say system restore or reboot.

hmm my friend got some kinda kernal dll file missing but he fixed it by syste restore xD

As Pulsar pointed out, it may indeed be a corrupt paging file. You can try and delete the paging file and reboot; windows will re-allocate the paging file for you. What OS are you running?? Let us know so we can tell you how to remove or remove and re-allocate the paging file. If xp go here:
right click on my computer*properties*advanced*performance settings*advanced*virtual memory*change
click radio button for no paging file; then click set; then reboot. come back on play around a bit and see if the blue screen of death reappears. Windows works fine without a paging file; fyi. More later. Keep us posted. We'll proceed after this step is done.
