I downloaded a PS2 image file created with clone CD and zipped.
After unziping I got the files IMAGE.CCD (1k), IMAGE.IMG (681.316k) and IMAGE.SUB (27.809k)
I use to burn with Nero but as this file is a CloneCD file and I don´t want to install it I have tried converting it to a Nero image file with UltraISO. I did it and burnt with Nero but the CD didn´t work on my PS2.
So I have UltraISO and Nero installed. How can I burn this game without installing CloneCD ?

yes,it should be bigger,
isobuster accepts ccd files,if you have no luck with Alcohol 120,
extract the image the rebuild it with Nero using udf/iso option (nero burning rom)
and burn it onto dvd,see if it works

The game is Mission Impossible.
I suppose it´s a CD version and not DVD.
Anyway, just using UltraISO and Nero it didn´t work.
Hursty: I don´t know why but my Nero doens´t have the Nero Burning Rom....

Nero Express is only one part of Nero.
The suite (Nero 6) has many more programs like Nero Burning Rom, Nerovision Express, Nero Showtime, Nero Media Player, Nero Wav Editor, Nero Backitup, Nero Cover Design, and Nero Toolkit with various programs in it.
I know that the full suite costs $100 retail.
