Hello, I am a newbie to the whole world of burning games... Anyways, I got this .rar file for a USA version of Batman Begins for the PS2. Here's what I have done so far. I used winrar to extract the file batmanbegins.iso. It took me forever to do, because I had to enter in a password in order to extract it (which the password had to be found on a website in portuguese, had to become a member, etc.). I finally was able to extract the iso to my desktop. I then, opened up DVD Decrypter and opened batmanbegins.iso as my source file. I then went to MODE/ISO/WRITE and then burned it onto a Maxell DVD-R (I read into the forum and it said this is what I should do). Anyways, we put the dvd in our PS2 and we get the 'Playstation 2' logo to appear but then it's a black/blank screen after that. Is there a step that I completely forgot to do?

I must mention that by downloading the batmanbegins.iso file was done before I knew how to backup my master copy. I just want to share that I own my own copy. There's no piracy involved.

can u just mention what swap magic version or modchip you used to boot and what speed you wrote at?

the version from solops is corrupt.it dont work

I burned the game at 4X. The PS2 is modded but I don't know the specs on it. Now, that I know that the version is corrupt, I can rest easy knowing that it wasn't me that was going about the process wrong. Thanks for your help.
