Well, i've opened all my ports and im still getting that nat error. maybe i should try a different firewall and i have no router. i tested my connection and this is what i got. my download is nothing close to the test. some feedback or suggestions would help

Connection is:: 4150 Kbps about 4.1 Mbps (tested with 2992 kB)
Download Speed is:: 507 kB/s
Bottom Line:: 74X faster than 56K 1MB download in 2.02 sec
Diagnosis: Looks Great : 15.15 % faster than the average for host

Connection is:: 369 Kbps about 0.4 Mbps (tested with 579 kB)
Upload Speed is:: 45 kB/s
Bottom Line:: 7X faster than 56K 1MB upload in 22.76 sec
Diagnosis: Looks Great : 7.58 % faster than the average for host

What do you suggest i do? and btw, what are some good firewall + antivirus protection + antispam software?

These folk r busy people, u can't expect a reply in 5 minutes. Patience is virtue. 2 b honest I don't no what that means, but it sounds good. I don't use a firewall. 2 much trouble, but I do spend alot of time maintaining my pc. I also have learned what 2 download and not 2. Norton is decent and easy 2 use. Mcaffee is good as well. There are others that are better antivirus programs, but also very technical to use. Adaware and spybot 2gether r your best bet 2 get rid of spyware. Plus they r free.

well i tried to "buy" norton if you know what i mean but i can't get it to work because you have to connect to internet to get it to work.
