It is difficult to tell, as there is not much information, but I would guess it will compete with the likes of DVDxCOPY, with the major difference of offering compression to allow single disk back ups. I would think they are in trouble if they offer compression, as that is altering the movie, so the whole back up idea might be on thin ice. I will keep my eye on them and see if it is worth following up.
