All u doo is burn the program in its compressed or decompressed form to cd using ur burner software and then u can re install the program at ur liking and it saves u space too

Yes, you can. But i reccomend BitTorrent as your P2P client i reccomend BitLord.

Thing is though, you need websites to get the torrents.

adding on to the bittorrent subject, i have just downloaded bit torrent and when i go to download a file (isohunt website thing) it doesnt even download 1 single kb nufin hapens atall i just see the screen saying it about to download sez 0.0 % downloaded and ?? estimated time left

The alternative is IRC, but that is another story. Back to bittorrent: How mony people have downloaded the file and are downloading? It may be an abandoned torrent.
