Try making a image of the game using Alcohol 120% or something like Clone cd/dvd, after that you can mount the image using Alcohol 120%

or another really small program would be virtual DAEMON : google it.
sopy image to hdd using Nero or something and mount it on a virtual cd drive using Daemon Tools or Nero itself.
