i have suikoden 3 download. It has come as an mdf mds and md0 but i cannot extract the files because it says i need a password can anyone help me please!!!!!!!!

Nope no one can help you! Because It is illegal. All this is about "backups" you make from original ps2 games you legaly own, not "downloads".
