I use digital camera (sony) and capture some movie and it result a .WMV file.

How to convert it to MP3, AVI or WAV?

you can do it with many encoders. I would recommend Blaze Media pro. It is very simple and easy to use.

Just search for it and download a trial version......or download it from a file sharing program like Kazaa.
