I was wondering if there is any truth in the statement that if you put in a gameshark and click play game without codes and you put the backup copy of the game in, it will work. Can somebody please tell me fact or fiction on this question? Thank you very much!

it depends.if you've got a mod chip, it probably will.

there are methods that people use which can apparently play back ups with a gameshark, but they are much more complicated than what you described.

gameshark and action replay do not work for me I use swap magic disc with a flip top lid on my ps2. you can also use another loader disc called cogswap that works well too.hope this helps.
