i neeed to know what i should get fuji film or verbatim i never tried them before.

and 1 more thing how come my ps2 reads the hp dvd disks but not the sony one and what i dont get my ps2 is sony like all of u but the disks ae hp and they work better then sony BUT THE SONY DOES WORK SOMESTIES but not always

either fuji or verbatim are VERY good..i myself use maxell and sony(cheaper)..are you using dvd-r or dvd+r...some ps2 only like to use the +r

 ... Verbatim, Sony and Maxell are always good ... Fuji sometimes uses CMC to manufacture spme of their discs ... CMC is one of the worst disc manufacturers ...

fuji 8x are made by taiyo yuden which are better than mcc. but mcc is the 2nd best after TY. make sure you get made in japan 8x fuji to ensure that they're TY if not you may get cmc or other crappier media.



tho with verbatim you're guarranteed to get mcc

 ... MCC is 3rd besr after Maxell then TY ... The only media listed higher than Maxell is the no longer produced Pioneer stuff ... (probablu the reason the Pioneer is rated so high is that when they made discs, there wasn't much price competition) ...

 .. as far as the 8X Fuji discs - The +R are either TY of RICOHJPN and the 8X -R are either TY of Fujifilm .. any of the four ain't too bad ...

 .. you need to keep an eye on the 2.4X and the 4X especially the -R ..
