Theres a notebook i want to purchase but all the English ones are sold out. There?s 1 left but its French. My question is that is the whole computer frenches or is it just the O.S. I know this sounds stupid but I really need to know.

Not sure but whay not ask the place selling it? Software ids no big deal you can just load your own. The keyboard may be different though and it might only work on 220 volt power.. You need to ask the seller those two question because other than that it should be the same..
