how to get around an error using DVD wizard pro

when trying to make a copy of a certain disk I get a message ststing "running decoder " and it will NOT allow me to go past that

does anyone have a clue on what if anything I can do?

Hi there,

To help us help you, please provide all the details.

What DVD are you trying to copy.

What software are you using ?
Have DVD43 or AnyDVD running in the background ?
When is the error happenning ?
Does it occur with all DVD or just this one ?

Answering those questions will help others help you !

I have to go with cougar on this one, we know that you are using wizard pro (BTW there are not many here use it as it is just a hash of freeware progs).
What dvd are you trying to burn & what are your system specs please?

Replies such that you made, slot0, could be construed the wrong way. Sarcasm does not travel well over the net.
