Hi guys i have some questions about the DVD Loader v7 all...
I download the dvd loader and then i extract the files in an order i burn then those files in dvd blank.
I put my SM 2.0 in the playstaton and then i used the slide card and put the burned dvd loader then i pressed x. but then the then came 2 red lines (bottom and the top of the picture)#
So what should i do it then???
Is it because i have the sm 2.0??
I extract the file with winrar is that wrong???
i burned with nero as a data dvd is that wrong???
How do you have to burn it and use it???
This is an emergency please give some answers because i dont want to use all blank dvds they arent very cheap!!!

I use SM 2.0 and occasionally have to use DVD Loader V7 All. The two red bars means something happened with the burning process. I personally burned it with Alcohol 120% as a PS2 disk, not a data disk. When you put in the DVD Loader, you should see a screen that says Insert disk and press X with a little space scene behind it.
What brand and type of disks are you using?

Well i use nerostartsmart and sony DVD-R...
Can you explain me how to use the dvdloader?
1.enter the sm2.0 and then what should i do?
Can i burn it with nero???
Should i download alcohol120% when yes where can i download it???
Ahh and please answer the other questins...

I'm not familiar with Nero Smartstart, but if it cares about the type of disk its burning, tell Nero that its a PS2 disk. Your Sony media is fine. Thats actually what I use.
As far as your other questions...
So what should i do it then??? Well, its probably a bad burn. Chock that one up to a new shiny coaster to rest your beer on.

I extract the file with winrar is that wrong??? Winrar is what you're supposed to use, so that's not the problem.
i burned with nero as a data dvd is that wrong??? That's a possible first thing to look at.
How do you have to burn it and use it??? Well, burning it is as simple as loading up any program (Alcohol 120%, DVD Decrypter, Nero) that knows how to burn an ISO. For this, you could even use Roxio if you had it. It shouldn't matter. For your case, Nero may have done something different with the disk thinking it was just raw data.
How you use it is like this. Turn on your PS2. Eject the tray and insert Swap Magic 2.0. When it prompts you to swap disks, slide tray out and put in DVD Loader, press X. You'll see a space scene and it'll tell you to insert a disk. Slide card and put in your Swap Magic 2.0 again. Press X. The screen will turn red for a second and ask you to Swap disk using EA Method. Slide card and insert the burned game. Press X. Border will turn red and game should load a second or two later.
Should i download alcohol120% when yes where can i download it??? It probably wont hurt to get Alcohol 120%. It's a nice program to have anyway. You could probably do just as well getting DVD Decrypter from the link it provides. Alcohol 120% is actually a pay for program. I believe they have a free version. Since this site doesn't support piracy, I cant really suggest where to download it, but if it did support piracy, I might be inclined to say something like isohunt.com. But since they dont support that, I wont say anything like that on here.

Hi first thanks for those answers...
But there are stil questions...
How did you burn the dvdloader v7all? Did you extract the file or did you burn it as an unextract file??? Because i extracted the file and i burned the extracted files. not the unextracted file.
And what the hell do you mean with burning it as a ps2disc???
Can you make this also with Nero??(burn it as a ps2disc)
Or can you do it with Alcohol 120% When yes please explain me how...
I am trying to play my return to arms back up with the dvd loaderv7all...
SO please help me...

Well, the unextracted file (.rar) is just to save space for downloading, so you're going to want to burn the extracted files.
If Nero burned it as a data disk, what other choices does Nero offer you? I'm not familiar with Nero as I dont really like the program, so I'm not sure if there's even an option. In Alcohol 120% right before you click the "start" button to burn the disk, you'll notice on the bottom left, there's a dropdown menu that says "Customize". This allows you to select what type of disk you're attempting to burn. You can select PS2 Compatible.
And on a side note, I also have Champions: Return to Arms and it works just fine after DVD Loader. So, once you get DVD Loader figured out, you should be ok.

Thanks for this answer... now i understand it... i will burn it and try it and then i will tell you if everythings is ok...
ahh one more question my splinter cell 3 doesnt work right when i choose singleplayer it freeze up...
So can i use the dvdLoader v7all also with splinter cell 3???

ok buddy now i instaled alcohol120% finally the download is done ;)
now i see a white window. left is main: image working wizard; image burning wizard. and... and... and..
down is Options: General ; recording; virtual drive...
so what should i do then how can i put the extracted files into the white window and how can i burn then.???

HI, i am trying to burn the dvd loader v7 with alcohol 120% and i followed every thing you guys said on the top, but when i press start, a Message comes up saying please insert an empty disc in ur dvd-r driver to continue, and when i put in a blank dvd nothing happens!!! Can you please help me!!!!

Just new revisions in how it loads. To be safe, stick with the newest version.
