Your bandwidth measurements look reasonable to me. What type of connection are you paying for? Why do you think you may be being capped?

If you are worried that your ISP may have set a limit on the amount you can download per month then those results will neither confirm or deny that. You need to check the terms of your agreement with your ISP.

i'm using optimum online 30bucks per month. cuz i heard from alot of other user that they are being capped for going over the bandwidth.

I have a 4Mbit connection from Blueyonder in the UK. They have been selling this as an unlimited service for as long as I can remember and have no plans to introduce capping. It would be kinda silly if an internet TV pioneer (Blueyonder) capped your usage.
