HELP! Warning Pop-up when starting Azureus!?

I recently switched my ethernet cable from my usual network card to the Gigabit LAN input on my mother board and whenever I start Azureus I keep on getting this Warning popup that says "UPnP: Mapping 'Incoming Peer Data Port (TCP/6881)'has been reserved by "my IP address"-please select a different port". What is the problem and what can I do to solve it? Or should I just go back to the network card? HELP

i think its saying the port azuerus uses is already being used by something else, do you have any other p2p programs.
