Hi

I can't boot this game with my sm 3.3 on V4 PS2, dvdloader no helps and rebulid to ;( any ideas whats wrong ?

Game freeze after a couple of movies, some guy show on the screen, some words and LOADING ... and nothing happend ;/ i try STANDARD rebulid the game and this don't helps, on www.swapmagicfix.com the game appear on the list but they don't write which soft/loader use to boot the game ;/ of course i was trying with dvdloader and still same situation.

what speed did you burn the game?
have you gotten other backups to work?

you could clean your lens in the meantime.v4 is an old ps2 so there is a good chance your lens might be dirty.ive played this game backed up on swap magic 3.3 so it doesnt need cd or dvd loader.

I had the same problem with Swap Magic 2.0 then with 3.6. After I rebuilt using the standard rebuild method - no problem on SM 3.6. Did you remove the large dummy file? It may just be your version of Swap Magic. I have also had problem with my version 7 not loading backups that were over 4 gig. My version 1 plays everything fine.

how do you rebuild the game and can it be done from a back up? most back ups work fine with sm 3.3 on a v7 except call of duty will not play the last level freezes om loading at 92%.

There are good tutorials at the begining of the forum - they all work. I would only be copying and pasting. From what I understand - you can still do it with a back up - as long as all the data is there and there were not any errors in the original copy procedure. I have been able to make back ups of back ups. I'm wondering if I just have a dirty lens. Time to clean it...
