I'm going to buy normal PS2 (not chiped or something like that), then i'm going to download game from internet. So my question is, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO THAT GAME WILL WORK ON MY PS2 ?

First of all, you need a modchip or swap magic. Then you need a program like dvd decypter.

its a boot disk that you use to boot copied games with,

I thought downloading games from the internet is illegal? usually when someone posts something like this they get there you know what chewed out...and i dont see that happening in this case...hmmm

so.....1st
1. Insert a Swap Magic 3 Disc in your PlayStation2 (CD is for booting CD backups/import games. DVD version is for booting DVD backups/import games)
2. When there are two options (Load Program and Video Mode) on the screen, that is the time to swap the disc. ** [ you need to install the tools ( eg. magic switch, fliptop , slide tools ) to enable the console not to reset while swaping the disc ]
3. Insert your CD or DVD backup
4. Use Flip Top Cover or Slide-Tool to put the CD tray back
5. Press X on joy pad and the game will start
-------------------------------------------------------------------
then 2nd... i use DVD Decypter to make/burn the game.
IS THAT ALRIGHT ?

BUT IF I DOWNLOAD A GAME AND IT SAYS THAT IT'S NOT PAL BUT USA OR NTSC AND I ONLY USE DVD DECYPTER TO MAKE/BURN DVD IT STILL WON'T WORK ? SO I MUST USE SWAP MAGIC AND (magic switch, fliptop , slide tools) ONE OF THEM ?

If you are going to play a burnt game PAL or NTSC, you need a mod chip of swap magic. it will work.

Trainp, the reason is because they have changed the rules. You can discuss it, and help people who have already downloaded the game. But can not lead them to the sites to get them.
and ramziz, stop with the all caps and bold text already. can you not see that no one else does that?
To answer your last question. Yes you will need a mod chip or swap magic (plus slidecard or slimtool or fliptop)
Can not tell you which you need because i do not know if you have an older model or the new slim PS2. (slimtool=slim PSTwo)
(slidecard=Chunky PS2) (Fliptop they make for either)
(Swap Magic you will need with either)
The Swap Magic 3.3 and above will play both PAL & NTSC games, but a mod chip does it better.
