I am unable to download any files via my network at work....i am behind a firewall and is blocked from certain sites...what can i do.

I wouldn't recommend downloading anything while at work. Obviously your employer doesn't allow this type of activity while at work, so if you value your job in any way, download at home.

the sad truth is, if you have to come here to ask how to get around an industrial-grade firewall, you most likely have no business attempting it. if you get caught, you'll probably get fired. and then you might blame us! :-P sorry, but i dont' think we can really help you.
