I want to post a pic of NERO in here because is making an error. I would like to know how to do that. I will also like to know if I have to pay for something. Hardware or saoftware etc.

Try Photobucket.com
Once your photo is there, copy the img url and place it within the brackets. Like this:

If you are looking to take a snapshot of your desktop,
1) press "print screen" button on keyboards
2) press "start" button on your task bar
3) go to "programs", then to "accesories"
4) go to "paint" (I do believe this comes with most/all Windows O.S.)
5) press "edit"
6) then on the drop-down menu, press "paste"
7) press "file" and "save as" jpeg
8) Relax
