Does anyone kno how to successfully back up this game onto a DVD-5? Much help is appreciated. =)

So, the steps were:

- Open the image in ISO buster and copy the files to a folder
- Patch the relevant files with DVD Scanlite 3.5
- New project in Nero: UDF/ISO DVD (The last option)
- Drag files into Nero in the order they appear in ISO buster
- Burn
