Swap Magic 3 plus PAL v3.6 Disc Reading Technicality......DESPERATE HELP NEEDED!?

I finally recieved my imported ps2 game from America, took 3 weeks to arrived. Now the bloody game does not load. I followed the brief and lame instructions fully, (broken the clip on my front tray along the way), but it keep prompting me to insert a valid ps2 disc. On step one of the slide tool instruction, it says , please wait for the screen to show "Insert Disc", which never appear, except for the options of load program or change the ps2 format to NTSC or PAL and normal. I kept mine at normal. On a side note, my ps2 lens work fine, i also got a breaker pro which handled my ps1 import perfectly.
