Create DVD from vob files on disk

I am using Smartripper to rip the DVD according to Chapters onto my harddisk. So for instance with the Return of The Mummy DVD I end up with 21 vob files on my harddisk + the .ifo file created by Smartripper.
Now what I want to do is to create the DVD disk structure of Video Manager and Video Title set out of these files so that I can play them in my software DVD play (ATI DVD).
Can anyone help?
