Hi

Would it be possible to download the files of Swap Magic 3.6 and burn them to disk... then boot them up with my Swap Magic 2.0 real disk?
Or should I just buy Swap Magic 3.6??

Im almost certain this cannot be done, Swap magic is a pressed Disk and cannot be copied by such a technique. Besides to do what your asking you'd have to boot three times to get a game to load, and it'd get really annoyiny.

Check out swapmagic.com they are apparently offering a free upgrade to swapmagic 3.6

It can be done but you have to swap the discs three times. So I would prefer to buy it.

I was fine up until step 3, that is information that they do not need just to sell you swap discs.
I would never give a company a copy of my drivers license

Well it looks to me like there is an either/or on steps 2 and 3 because I totally agree about sending them any ID. I am assuming this means one could just do steps 1 and 2.

However I am still not convinced this is a "free upgrade" offer.

yeah im not convinced either.... but I actually wouldnt mind swapping disks 3 times... it wouldnt bother me. So does anyone have any idea where I could download these Swap Magic 3 files?

you can't download them. As stated above Swap Magic you can not back up. It is a pressed disc.
Which means even if you do back it up or download it, you will need a swap disc to use it, which would be a waste.
Just buy it like everyone else.
