I'm having trouble trying to make a backup of Fatal Frame 2. Every backup I've made so far seems like it will work but they won't boot. I have v4 ps2 with a magic 3.1 chip and when I put the disc in the screen goes black but the "Playstation 2" logo never comes up. Instead, it goes back to the "browser" screen where you choose what you want to load (memory card or disc). The disc shows up as something you can load and even reads as a "Playstation 2 disc" but when I try to load that it just goes back to the browser.

Others have had trouble with the iso image I'm using to make the backup but they fixed it by rebuilding the image with either Nero or cdvdgen. Tried both but still get the same results. Could this problem be files that aren't being burned in the right order? I'd like a list of the file order from a working backup to compare with my iso image. Or is there something else I can try to get this backup working?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

what is the overall size of the extracted files and also the size of the iso image?
