Ok heres what we got one Amstel cable modem one Network Everywhere Router and two windows xp home machines... The router was working for about two nights then nothing I have spent hours talking to linksys on the phone with no resolve... I even took the old one back to wal mart thinking that it may be a hardware issue... and the same thing happened I can't even access the router page... well I can but it is is extremly slow... So I know it has to be a window setting I am missing somewhere... Thanks for ANY help

P.S. Both computer work fine when hooked directly to the cable modem via Linksys NC100 Cards....

You kinda need to be more specific on how the computers are setup to the router and how your computer is configured.

-First of all, are you on wireless or directly connecting to the router?
-Second, if you are on wireless, try releasing the ip, then renewing it again.
-Third, make sure your explorer and/or Local Area Connection is set to obtain ip automatically.
-Forth, simply try unplugging all the cables on your Amstel modem and what for abou a minute or so, then plug it back in.

When all computers are connected to your router, does your computers say that it is connected, but for some reason you cannot get access to the internet? i just recently had the problem, and all i did was reset the router to its factory default settings and unplugged my cable modem and waited for a bit. Plugged it all back in and it works.

There are many possibilities on why your not connected. You have to be descriptive about this issue. Oh, it could also be your router settings and/or firewall.
