Well Ive back from a vacation, and also from buying my new computer!!so heres the machine:

1.Intel Pentium 4 (some people will say no!!!! lol) 3.0E 800Mhz FSB 12+16kb L1 cache, 1MB L2 cache
2.Asus P4P800-E DELUXE socket 478 AGP 8X.
3.Corsair DDR SDRAM PC3200 2X512
4.Artic Silver 5.
5.COOLER MASTER ICC-L81-U1 80mm Rifle Blue LED Light Cooling Fan/Heatsink .
6. 420 Thermalake PSU with dual fan.

The other stuff is like LCD etc...So any recomendations?? do I have to add fans to the northbridge and south bridge?? because I have 5 fans on my case (Or I will) The cooler master ICC for the proc, The intel stock fan and heatsink for the (I really dont know) a little old pentium II fan (front of the case for airflow), the 2 PSU fans. I live in a very hot climate (30-32 degrees celcius all year long!!) so will I have problems with cooling?!?! the GPU has its own fan so I dont think I have to worry about that..or should I?? So plz any recomendations!! and no Im not going to buy any AMD or Dual core in the mean time(I already invested in this PC!!)..thanks for the help ;)

Your cooling should be fine, but keep checking the CPU and mobo temps. It it gets a little warm, you can change out the stock heatsink and fan for the CPU.

Also, make sure that you set the proper latency for the Corsair RAM. You can go to their website and get the settings.

Ram latency I though those properties where automatically done by the BIOS! so do I have to change summ in the BIOS in order to achieve the proper latency?? do you recommend overclocking?!?

No, I don't recommend overclocking, but yes, for Corsair RAM, it is important to NOT let the BIOS automatically set the latency.
