Alright i just bought a wireless linksys access point and im trying to connect to my friend's linksys router. We go through the setup through a wired network and we get it to work. Im trying to connect to him a house away so when we go back to my house it reads it but it doesnt connect to the internet. Does any one have a solution to this problem?

First off you law breaker. Nah I don't care about that law. Don't let your ISP know you are doing this.

It depends on how your network is setup. If you are able to connect to the router through the Access point and talk with another computer but not able to browse. Well you may want to check your DNS settings on the computer in the other house or whichever it is. You can enter them manually just to see if it gets things going.
