Ok i currently have a ntsc v5 ps2 modded with dms 4 ezi pro. Well i had memorex dvd+rs before i got my verbatims. Im currently using verbatim dvd+rs. Now the verbatims seem to perform badly and some games wont even load at all! I tried the same games on memorex and they work perfectly. Whats the problem? I was thinking of getting Taiyo Yuden but if they do the same thing as verbatims then im not buying them. Any suggestions?

There are different versions of verbatim discs. The datalife PLUS are the good ones.
V9 PS2, flip top, SMD, DVDLoader

I had severe problems with printable Verbatims, I believe that it had something to do with disc surface.

hey ive never had a bad burn on my Verbitam DVD-R . They are the Datalife PLUS ones. I got them from PC World.

hmm. Well im not sure maybe its just my ps2? its not that games dont load anymore. Just some games like nba street v3 takes a long time to load. And when im playing, it seems to access the laser ALOT.
