Hi, i have been trying to connect my pc to my tv using s-video and when the two are connected my computer cannot find my modem to access the net?
To get the modem recognised again i have to unplugg the s-video cable, re-boot the pc and then try. Most times this works but occasionally it does not.
Is this connected to the s-video thing or is it just coincedience and what can i do about it. (i did not have this problem before i tried to connect the pc to the tv).

what video card do you use? it seems that it might be some conflict between your cards. check device manager while you have svideo tv hooked up and see if you have conflicts. also if it is a nvidia card make sure you have the latest drivers installed {77.72}. also I dont think it is allowed here to double post, or to create 2 topic's with the basic same problem's. just a heads up. get back to me though!
