Swap Magic - PS2 not working now

I uhave been using Swap Magic 3.3 for over 6 months now. All of a sudden my games will either play for a few minutes and lock up or not play at all. WHAT IS GOING ON? But games that have not been backed up play fine. I have not had any problems until now. Like for example...Tiger Woods pga 2005. I have been playing it for a month now and just yesterday it locked up about 10 minutes into a game. Then I tried 4 other games that have worked perfectly in the past and they will not load at all now.

is it the brand of the disk do you think? try burining them with another brand of disk. if all fails get it checked out :)

breach as the PS2's laser gets weaker youll find that copied games work less & less often until only the originals will work the reason for this is that the laser must work harder to read a copy than an original due to the difference between the discs burned & pressed. this usually holds true for all versions of ps2 sony intentionally makes the laser weak as part of its anti piracy scheme. If your feeling bold there are ways to adjust the laser but they can be time consuming as well as a downright pain look around im sure youll find more than a few tutorials written on adjusting the PS2's laser
